Challenge:

To launch a campaign that would induce trial among non-consumers and increase frequency of consumption among current consumers.

After 23 years of unexciting sales growth, Yakult has grown more than 7 times its 2002 sales level. In spite of numerous attempts by multinational brands to enter the category, Yakult continues to be the undisputed No.1 Cultured Milk Drink.
